Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park

Our room had a fine park view and the bathroom was spacious and clean with luxurious amenities. Despite being busy, breakfast buffet had a good selection and the staff were attentive.

Smooth check-in and prompt delivery of bags. Up-to-date and spacious rooms. Helpful staff in fixing minor TV issue within half an hour. Club access on the top floor had delicious canapes and friendly waiters. Thanks to manager on duty for helping sort out a room issue late at night.

The view from the park view rooms is stunning. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the corner room we stayed in was spacious and well-designed. The pool and spa area is calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. Plus, if you enjoy karaoke and casinos, there are facilities available for your entertainment.

Great location near the park and not far from the city center. The hotel facilities are excellent, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed the luxurious appearance of the hotel, which added to the overall experience.

One of the downsides was the noise in the room, especially at night. It seemed to be located under the pool or spa area, quite noisy.

The breakfast buffet, served in-room, was a great option for starting the day. The waiter at the Feast buffet restaurant was friendly and provided excellent service. the location of the hotel was perfect for shopping and enjoying the park.

The power points in the room were faulty, which resulted in no TV or power for a whole night.

There was an issue with my overcharge that took a week to resolve. It was frustrating having to chase after the refund and being shuffled between different departments.
